Money Tree

This week was my one of the great weeks. The reason why I consider that because I am able to concentrate what I wanted in my journey. I am able to focus on my main task like learning Korean language. I will boost my CGPA as well as make me sufficient to get scholarship. However, learning about stocks, invest and so on.

Money is not about earning, but also saving. One of the mistakes I made is that I thought that money is just about earning, but actually not.

You have to play this game very carefully. One of the common things seen in the successful or wealthiest people is simple life and they always reduce their living costs. After being successful, they also keep this skill because it is the main secret of being wealthy.

  • Money should be invested

  • Money should be saved

  • Money should be earned and doubled

If you let your learning lead to knowledge, you become a fool, if you let your learning lead to action, you become wealth.

Major Shit

I have been learning about productivity, discipline and so on. But what I read I did not lead to action. As a result, no change! Very Sad. This Quote give me a vibe that I have to get knowledge and lead to action.

My major shit in this week a lot. One of the things I changed is that I used to right down 5/6 tasks, which create a huge pressure, a day. And Even I was not able to complete them.

The changed I have now is that right down 1 or 2 major goals for the day and no more. I learned to asked myself

If this were the only thing I accomplish today, would I be satisfied with my day?

This question completely changed me! You do not need work a lot. Just work what you need.

Power of Gone

I am reading books called the tools of titans by Tim ferriss. I am a huge fan of him. However, I really exercise i found in his book called Power of gone.

“For example- at end of a breath, notice that the breath is over. Gone. Likewise, at the end of an experience if emotion- joy, anger, sadness, or anything else, notice it is over. Gone. “

This practice really helps me in order to keep moving forward.

Loving-kindness Meditation

This is a 10 second meditation.

“Everybody emerges from this exercise smiling, happier than 10 seconds before. This is the joy of loving-kindness. It turns out that being on the giving end of a kind thought is rewarding in and of itself... All other things being equal, to increase your happiness, all you have to do is randomly wish for somebody else to be happy. That is all. It basically takes no time and no effort.”

These are small change do not seem effective, but huge effective. They completely changed my week.

Generate Ideas

“James recommends the habit of writing down 10 ideas each morning in a waiter's pad or tiny notebook.

This exercise is for developing your “idea muscles” and confidence for creativity on demand, so regular practice is more important than the topics:

"What if [you] just can't come up with 10 ideas? Here's the magic trick:

If you can't come up with 10 ideas, come up with 20 ideas.... You are putting too much pressure on yourself.

Perfectionism is the ENEMY of the idea muscle... it's your brain trying to protect you from harm, from coming up with an idea that is embarrassing and stupid and could cause you to suffer pain. The way you shut [this] off is by forcing [the brain) to come up with bad ideas.”

However, this week was brilliant for me. one thing you should remember that what is the best or who are the best? One week you did well which does not mean that you will be the best.

For example: Rolando or Messi are the best because of their consistently performance, not based on a match. In this way, to become the best, you have to be brilliant in every single day. Resilience, Adaptability, Patience requires always!
