How to be master on Productivity

Best way to manage your time

Hello You Beauty,

It’s nice day with a legendary beginning!

Today I am going to talk about some of the time management stuff what I have been following.

Take control of your time

You’re maybe very bad at managing your time like me, but I am getting better day by day.

I think the best way to manage time is to say no to almost everything but your main task.

I have come to Korea and made a ton of new friends. A new environment and new friends made me a little bit out of control as we hang around and have a lot of fun together.

Being aware of my time, I became a bit serious and try to say no to almost everything until I get things done for the day.

80/20 Rule

“80% of results come from 20% of input”

This law we called it 80/20 rules, by The Pareto Principle.

If you are a businessperson, you might notice that 80% of sales come from 20% of customers. Put the effort where 80% of results come from!

Giving short time of myself to do it

We human are lazy, I think. How?

Let’s prove it. I study way more than the rest of the year. You also do the same thing, right?

you should give yourself less time to do it. Otherwise, you might be lazy.

If you’re planning to do something with your life, if you have a 10 your plan of how to get there, you should ask: Why can’t you do this in 6 months?

The 2 minutes rules

If you can do any work that you have to within 2 minutes, you should do now!
It’s a method of starting your work.

Starting work is hard, you have to just start. Then you can finish your task!

Batching

The idea of batching I got from the book called The 4-Hour Work Week.

It involves doing similar tasks together. For example, you might repeatedly check or reply to messages, which distracts you. So, if you do similar work together, you will be able to save time.
